RODENBACH - FLEMISH RED ALES
A truly historic beer style which involves mixed-fermentation with bacteria & gentle aging in oak foeders. Only a few people appreciated this style when we first introduced Flemish Red Ales 10 years ago. Among those who loved it, they were often Belgians based here or chefs who immediately understood the beauty of this unusual beer. Thankfully, this is set to change. Our 1st batch of Rodenbach Grand Cru and Rodenbach Alexander kegs sold out fast in Aug 2019 and bottles would be reaching Singapore soon in November 2019.
