<image:caption>Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout 13% Thornbridge, UK Necessary Evil is back, a lovingly crafted imperial stout aged for 8 months in bourbon barrels. Aromas of sweet bourbon, vanilla and oak from the ageing process combine with rich chocolate, roasted malts and caramel from the base beer. Soft and silky, Necessary Evil has layers of complexity and flavour unlike any other.</image:caption>

<image:caption>13% Thornbridge, UK Bourbon Barrel Aged Rich Dark Ale Bracia is a beautiful dark ale which has been infused with a generous amount of dark and bitter chestnut honey, sourced from the Alpine foothills of North East Italy. It’s velvety, rich and exploding with character; dark fruit, chocolate, liquorice and hazelnuts are at the fore with the honey providing balance to this decadent offering. It finishes with a boozy warmth and is truly a beer to savour</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - What I'll be drinking this Christmas (or maybe, in Nov) - PARDUS BANOFFEE</image:title>
<image:caption>Stout 8% Thornbridge, UK Created in East Sussex in the 1970’s, Banoffee Pie went on to become a global dessert appearing in restaurants and kitchens around the world. We knew that the instantly recognisable taste would be a perfect match for our Imperial Stout! Pardus is a powerful beer with great roasty tones and treacle notes, making for a perfect foundation to complement the rich banana and toffee sweetness. It makes no apologies for its lack of subtlety and every mouthful is packed with flavour.</image:caption>

<image:caption>DOUBLE BLUEBERRY PASTRY SOUR Nothing about this beer is subtle. A literal ton of blueberries was used in this. Could we have used less? Probably. But we didn’t. Instead, we then added freshly ground lemon peel, vanilla, and lactose and whirled it all around to make a bomb-ass pastry sour. Because that’s whassup.</image:caption>

<image:caption>MILKSHAKE IPA W/ CALAMANSI & VANILLA A light, bright citrus twist to get you in a sunny frame of mind! We took a whoollllee bunch of Calamansi - or Philippine lime as it is sometimes known - and threw it in the tank with reckless abandon, possessed only by a wild desire for tropical beaches and cloudless skies. Sweet and sour. Juicy and tart. And a great start to the summer.</image:caption>

<image:caption>SOUR IPA WITH APRICOT, GUAVA, PAPAYA, PASSIONFRUIT & MANGO There was a time when everyone was walking around naked, in harmony with nature and all its animals. People were just sipping IPAs and on several biblical records, Adam and Eve were putting fruits in their IPA to compliment the fruity mosaic hops. Apricot, Guave, Mango, Passionfruit and Papaya made for a great IPA. Boasting with fruit flavours, this makes an intense IPA, boasting more fruit aromas that you never will come across in any other beer.</image:caption>

<image:caption>A dank and juicy IPA using Golden Promise, wheat and Cara Munich malts in the mash for a sweetly smooth body. For the hops we judiciously bittered with Magnum in the kettle followed by Citra T90 in both the whirlpool and in dry-hopping. The aroma/flavour is fruit-filled, dank and resinous, with plenty of tropical mango giving a moreish drinkability. Fermented with our house American ale yeast (WLP001) for a refreshingly clean finish, this IPA is also our first gluten-free beer using Brewers Clarex®.</image:caption>

But it also is perfect for the drinker to start getting an understanding of the hops, and what they give to each beer, what they might like and not like when it comes to hop varieties.</image:caption>

<image:caption>We make sure the gentle bitterness of this beer is rounded out with a classic malt flavour in true porter style. But to make things uniquely Feral (as we like to do), we add a subtle hickory flavour from German malts smoked over Beechwood which gives this porter a truly special and unexpected character. It’s flamin’ sensational.</image:caption>

<image:caption>(This vintage has sold out) Gueze Belgium The oak casks used at Brewery Boon each have their own history and are characterized by unique microflora of wild yeast strains. Bottles of traditional Oude Geuze with cask numbers combine beer from one specific wooden cask (mono brew) with a very small quantity of young lambic (blend) that will kick off the bottle conditioning process. By using lambic from certain oak casks, the geuzes created have very unique properties, with wine or whiskey-like flavors. Either very dry or very gentle. The number on the bottle always refers to the number of the cask.</image:caption>

<image:caption>This Oude Geuze is a one-time edition created by Frank Boon and was bottled on April 29, 2019. With Apogee, the brewery celebrates Frank Boon's brewer career on the one hand, and on the other hand the transfer of Brewery Boon to the next generation, Jos and Karel Boon. Not forgetting, the major role Frank played in the revival of lambic appreciation in recent decades. For this geuze, Frank Boon blended a two-year aged lambic form a brand-new oak foeder (N°83, third filling) with a three-year aged lambic from the oldest foeder (N°79). 'Apogee' means 'the highlight' or 'icing on the cake'.</image:caption>

<image:title>Wheat Beers - Stand In Line Berliner Weisse</image:title>
<image:caption>Tart, and refreshing, our ginger and lime Berliner Weisse pays homage to the classic 1940s cocktail, the Moscow Mule. A pronounced ginger flavour adds a subtle heat and a lime zest zing complements the kettle sour flavour, striking that elusive balance between spicy, sweet and zesty. The addition of Munich and crystal rye malts replicate the slightly metallic taste of the traditional copper serving mug; though this one you can enjoy in a pint glass! <image:caption>Gueze Belgium 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a blend of one, two, and three-year old traditional lambics, all brewed at Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. No two bottlings are alike, as there are multiple variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in aged lambic proportions, etc. This cuvée, like all of our lambic, is 100% natural, authentic, spontaneously fermented, and crafted with steadfast adherence to tradition, like Armand and Gaston Debelder have always done it. This geuze has fermented in the bottle and will continue to develop its tastes and aromas over its long life when properly cellared. <image:caption>Gueze Belgium 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of one, two, and three-year old lambics. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution of the ecosystem in the bottle result in a distinctively complex and elegant natural beer. No two bottlings are alike, as there are multiple variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in aged lambic proportions in the blend, etc. When cellared properly, this lambic can be aged for several decades. The aromas and flavours will evolve from notes of vibrant fresh citrus, zesty and grassy notes to a mellow, oaky, stone fruit bouquet as the lambic continues to develop with time. <image:title>3 Fonteinen (Belgium) - 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek (37.5CL)</image:title>
<image:caption>Fruit Lambic Belgium 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. The kriek lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the kriek lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Oude Kriek. With a pleasant tartness and organic notes of almond and cinnamon as it warms in the glass, 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek, will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant red colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added. <image:caption>Belgian Pale Ale Sweden Tired of talking my friends into pit stops at beer bars before heading “out” — in fear of having to drink bland lager all night — I set out to craft an ale that would act as companion throughout the evening. Levon is assertively hopped and fermented dry using champagne yeast. The yeast and the hops in combination with a simple malt bill provides the beer with a quality of being rich in taste yet refreshing.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Pale Ale Sweden Omnipollo Maz (formerly Mazarin) is my take on a “thinker’s beer”. Rather than being big and undecipherably complex I wanted to create something that would calm a hop yearning nerve without fuddling the brain too much. In other words, a lavishly hopped ale of judicious ABV — an Extra Special Pale Ale if you will. In fact, so extra special that it snatched a gold medal at the Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival in 2013. In November 2014 we doubled the hop bill.</image:caption>
