Founded in 1953, 3 Fonteinen is a 3-generation lambic brewery, blendery with a restaurant nearby. Lambic is a very rare style of beer fermented using wild yeast found in the Senne valley region of Belgium. Adhering to the traditional method of making lambics, 3 Fonteinen’s lambic ales are robust and elegant at the same time.
