Founded by a team of beer lovers and cultural storytellers, Taiwan Head Brewers set out to create brews that go beyond style guidelines, blending traditional techniques with distinctive local ingredients. Their philosophy? "Beer grown from the land" Their beers are inspired by Taiwan’s seasonal cycles, indigenous produce, and culinary heritage such as Winter Melon Sugar, Jasmine Flowers, Oriental Beauty Tea, Pingtung Cocoa, Pomelo. Whether it's the floral Jasmine IPA (大暑) or the juicy OMG Fruit Ale (芒种), there's a story, and a taste, of Taiwan in every bottle.
