Lambics. Where every batch is different, every blend is unique. Nothing is exact yet science & chemistry plays a big part. Over several days in November (2019), we gathered friends from the F&B industry and fans of wild & sour ales to taste a bunch of our favourite ales. Safe to say, it was a truly wonderful wonderful week.
