Dry & Bitter Brewing Company was founded in early 2015 with a strong focus on brewing some of Europe’s finest hoppy beers. Throughout the years, they have collaborated with some of the world’s best breweries, bands, music venues and artists which helps them keep their creative edge. Creative juices flow from Søren Wagner, who has (humbly) credited a lot of his brewing finesse to the time he spent working alongside Shaun Hill (genius behind Hill Farmstead). And if that's not enough, how about the fact that Søren and his team are actually the same people behind Fermentorum, the craft beer spot for serious craft beer drinkers in Copenhagen? Oooof!
